Pet Services for Feline Friends and small animals only !

About Cats Eyes Pet Services .

Cats do not want to be alone , they are social and enjoy your company , but when you are unable to be there whether it's a holiday  , a business trip ,or just a days work or you're called away unexpectedly , contact us and we will spoil them just like you do.

Cats Eyes Pet Services isn't just a pet service just for your cats and kittens , you can use us for all your other smaller animals e.g. rabbits , guinea pigs , chinchillas , ferrets , birds , tortoises , tropical fish , goldfish etc.

We are based at the current time in the Uplands area of Swansea in SA1 .

But we will provide services throughout the City and County of Swansea , Neath , Port Talbot , Porthcawl , and Maesteg ....and we will even come out to parts of Carmarthenshire whether it is Hendy , Fforest , Tumble , Llanelli and Ammanford.

We will then continue providing pet services ( Pet Sitting Services and Animal Ambulance / Pet Taxi Services ) Until the middle of October 2026 and we will be moving the business just down the road from where we are located currently to a slightly bigger property , but still in Swansea ( in the Castle Ward area near the Kingsway ! )

But we will be providing services in the Swansea area until probably until further notice ( probably end of September 2027 where services and the business  will then be moved to North Wales and provided in Conwy County areas ( Llandudno , Llandudno Junction , Conwy , Deganwy , Abergele , and Colwyn Bay ) also in Bangor , and the Isle of Anglesey and also to Denbighshire , Flintshire and Wrexham and Llangollen !

So from now (  September 2026  to the end of September 2027 ) we will be happy to serve the residents of Swansea , Neath , Port Talbot , Porthcawl , Maesteg and most parts of Carmarthenshire until then.

Change can be stressful so we come to you.

We prefer to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home , so everything is familiar and their routines are not disrupted.

Every Cat has his or her own personality , we will talk to the chatty ones and give the shy ones their space until they're ready to say hello.

We offer a free meet and greet for new clients , giving you and your cats and other small animals the opportunity to meet their newest staff member .

About me ( Proprietor and Business Owner of Cats Eyes Pet Services )

I have been caring for Cats and Kittens and other small animals since i was 8 years old .

I am an animal lover of all animals , but mostly cats and kittens and other smaller animals and i have actually run a few pet businesses over the years so i have got a lot of experience with cats and other smaller animals too.

I am also going to be soon a new member of the pet industry federation and I will be under a code of conduct to give a five star first class service first time every time.

I've even had experience with cats that have had special needs and needed special food in their diet and also given special medication to those cats as well.

1) Sara Evans

I would highly recommend Steve and Cats Eyes Pet Services to anyone.

I have used Steve to look after my cat Lucky ( who is very choosy about who he likes ) !

Prior to his first visit Steve came around to find out all about Lucky and understand his quirks and routines .

My cat  Lucky has specific dietary requirements implemented by the vet , so it was important to me that these were followed whilst I was away.

Steve made me feel at ease and I trust him to ensure that Lucky is fed and watered according to the vet's recommendations .

I feel greatly at ease that knowing that someone would make sure that Lucky was looked after in the way I would .

When visiting , Steve takes the time with your pet , making sure they are ok and ensuring they have food and water , and giving them some attention ( if they let him ) !

I have used him on more then one occasion and I am always relaxed and confident that he will do a good job and that my cat is looked after .

Lucky is always fine when I return , and his feeding routine is always adhered to.

I have already booked Steve's services for when I am away later in the year , and will continue to do so

Kind Regards

Sara Evans .

2) Jenny Ager

Hi Steve , Thank you for looking after my 2 cats Scott and Athy when I had to go away to look after my mum when she had her operation .

Having been let down by the sitter I'd previously booked you stepped in at short notice and they both took to you and liked you  straight away.

It made a stressful time much easier knowing they were being well cared for and were happy.

Your daily updates were very reassuring  , I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your service .

Best wishes

Jenny Ager.

3) Mary Clayburn

Great service from Steve over half term . My Cat Ali loved him

4) Chrissie Gates

Steve looked after my 2 cats very well with updates for my peace of mind .

Cats were happy and well cared for on my return.

5) Julia Helen Malina

Steve looked after our rabbit Rosie at our home beautifully when we were away for 10 days recently.

Rosie was very happy and very well cared for when we returned.

I can thoroughly recommend him and won't hesitate to call him again .

6) Sarah Woods

I have a special needs cat who , if feeling poorly can be quite tricky to feed etc.

I explained all this to Stephen , he wasn't phased at all and my cat took to his calmness immediately.

Stephen is also insured , DBS checked and has a pet 1st aid qualification.

He also mentioned he's properly licensed to remove animal waste which I didn't even was a thang .

Other sitters I've asked don't even have insurance!

With any animal , especially special needs , I wanted those assurances.

I'd highly recommend Stephen.

He's quietly confident , polite and gave me updates whilst I was away .

He seems to cover a big area too and I think he offers an animal taxi service so the full array of paw services .

Well done Stephen !

7) Carol Kettles

Steve looked after my cat whilst I was away for 10 days.

He did a great job of looking after him.

My cat barely seemed to have noticed I was gone.

He made good friends with him.

8 ) Mary Ann

Very happy with Cats Eyes Pet Services

My cats were left in very good hands for 4 days at our home , we had regular updates via What's App on how they were , the house was left tidy and clean , would definitely use again.

Thanks , that's it for now , until I put some new stuff up :)
