About Cats Eyes Pet Services .

Cats do not want to be alone , they are social and enjoy your company , but when you are unable to be there whether it's a holiday  , a business trip ,or just a days work or you're called away unexpectedly , contact us and we will spoil them just like you do.

Cats Eyes Pet Services isn't just a pet service just for your cats and kittens , you can use us for all your other smaller animals e.g. rabbits , guinea pigs , chinchillas , ferrets , birds , tortoises , tropical fish , goldfish etc.

We are based at the current time in the Uplands area of Swansea in SA1 .

But we will provide services throughout the City and County of Swansea , Neath , Port Talbot , Porthcawl , and Maesteg ....and we will even come out to parts of Carmarthenshire whether it is Hendy , Fforest , Tumble , Llanelli and Ammanford.

We will then continue providing pet services ( Pet Sitting Services and Animal Ambulance / Pet Taxi Services ) Until the end of September 2026 and we will be moving the business to the Wrexham area  in Mid October  2026

But we will be providing services from the 1st November  in   Flintshire and Wrexham areas only until March 2027 where services will extend to Denbighshire , Conwy County , Bangor and Anglesey .

So from now (  May 2026 to the end of September 2026  ) we will be happy to serve the residents of Swansea , Neath , Port Talbot , Porthcawl , Maesteg and most parts of Carmarthenshire until then.

Change can be stressful so we come to you.

We prefer to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home , so everything is familiar and their routines are not disrupted.

Every Cat has his or her own personality , we will talk to the chatty ones and give the shy ones their space until they're ready to say hello. 

We offer a free meet and greet for new cients , giving you and your cats and other small animals the opportunity to meet their newest staff member .

About me ( Proprietor and Business Owner of Cats Eyes Pet Services )

I have been caring for Cats and Kittens and other small animals since i was 8 years old .

I am an animal lover of all animals , but mostly cats and kittens and other smaller animals and i have actually run a few pet businesses over the years so i have got a lot of experience with cats and other smaller animals too.

I am also going to be soon a new member of the pet industry federation and I will be under a code of conduct to give a five star first class service first time every time.

I've even had experience with cats that have had special needs and needed special food in their diet and also given special medication to those cats as well.

Each visit will be £12.50 so you can choose between 1 and 2 visits per day.

Overnight sitting is available.

Also included in our rates at Cats Eyes Pet Services .

1) New Client Consultation.

We offer a new client consultation to meet you and co-ordinate your visits .

This would also be the time to complete any paperwork , pick up keys and discuss payment for the services undertaken.

2) Home Care

Bringing in the Mail , watering Plants , putting out the rubbish bins , turning on/off home alarm systems , turning off lights inside /outside and also adjusting shades /blinds or curtains.

3) Pet Care

Feeding , Fresh water every day or visit , and providing lots of attention , including brushing ( as tolerated ) Giving treats , cleaning up litter box or hutches or cages ( if i get called for a service for rabbits / guinea pigs or hamsters etc ) .

Also courtesy text or what's app message the day prior to the first visit to confirm 1st appointment and updates with videos or photos while your away .

Mileage is also included .

Hours of Cats Eyes Pet Services during the year are as follows :

1st April - end of September - 8 AM - 6 PM - with last visit at 5.30 pm 

October 1st - end of March - 8 AM - 4.30 PM - with last visit at 4.00 pm

I have used Steve to look after my cat Lucky ( who is very choosy about who he likes ) !

Prior to his first visit Steve came around to find out all about Lucky and understand his quirks and routines .

My cat  Lucky has specific dietary requirements implemented by the vet , so it was important to me that these were followed whilst I was away.

Steve made me feel at ease and I trust him to ensure that Lucky is fed and watered according to the vet's recommendations .

I feel greatly at ease that knowing that someone would make sure that Lucky was looked after in the way I would .

When visiting , Steve takes the time with your pet , making sure they are ok and ensuring they have food and water , and giving them some attention ( if they let him ) !

I have used him on more then one occasion and I am always relaxed and confident that he will do a good job and that my cat is looked after .

Lucky is always fine when I return , and his feeding routine is always adhered to.

I have already booked Steve's services for when I am away later in the year , and will continue to do so

I explained all this to Stephen , he wasn't phased at all and my cat took to his calmness immediately.

Stephen is also insured , DBS'd and has a pet 1st aid qualification.

He also mentioned he's properly licensed to remove animal waste which I didn't even was a thang .

Other sitters I've asked don't even have insurance! 

With any animal , especially special needs , I wanted those assurances.

I'd highly recommend Stephen.

He's quietly confident , polite and gave me updates whilst I was away .

He seems to cover a big area too and I think he offers an animal taxi service so the full array of paw services .
